The “Eat The Frog” Principle of Time Management

Now that summer is over and we are getting into the Fall routine let me ask you a question.  How are you doing with your New Years Resolutions?  Remember, your iron clad, steel griped declarations that “This year I will (you fill in the blank) and nothing is going to stop me!!  Charge 2012 here I come!!!

We are all creatures of habit and usually we fall back into taking the path of least resistance.  (Oh, I’m sorry that’s just me:)  Here is something that when I put it into practice I am much for efficient. On the days I eat the frog first and put together my list of activities by importance I always have a better day.  Eat the frog first,  I am sure many of the “Time Management” people teach this principle but Brian Tracy was the one I learned it from.

“Time = life; therefore, waste your time and waste of your life, or master your time and master your life.” Alan Lakein

Enjoy your day and if you have to eat the frog do it in the morning.  Nothing worse that waiting all day for something unpleasant.
